Reference:

We received a written reference stating the following:  Nomvula worked for our family as a live-in Childminder / nanny from Monday- Friday from November 2011 to March 2019.  During this time she looked after our 2 children from when they were babies while I was at work.  She was responsible for all of their washing, ironing and cleaning of their rooms, play room and bathrooms.  She was kind and caring towards our 2 children and was particularly good with potty training both of them.  She also prepared their food and bottles where needed.  She also looked after our 2 dogs and cat.  She would babysit in the evening when we went out and also would house sit for us when we went away.  During her time of employment, Nomvula was a reliable, hard-working employee who our children were very fond of.  They enjoyed spending time with her and formed a close relationship with her.  She also ensured that their routines were maintained.  Whilst employed by us, Nomvula attended a power of play childminder course and also did a CPR course.  In March 2019 she did an advanced childminder course, she also completed a baby care and safety course in 2010 before being employed by us.  It is with great sadness that we have to leave Nomvula and her family as we are immigrating but we know that Nomvula will be an asset to any employer and that she would be successful in whatever she does. The reference was confirmed.
